My mission
Hi, I’m Sabrina.
Despite having a PhD on Happiness and Economics, I decided to course-correct the direction of my professional life. I realized I was much more committed to the theme of Happiness than to Economics or any other path. After experiencing motherhood all the scientific knowledge I’d accumulated at that point seemed to fade in importance to my own happiness. I was in a pivotal moment of my life: making a choice I thought I would never have to - career x motherhood - living abroad, and in a binational relationship (which is per se very challenging!). To the contrary, what was really sustaining me in such complex moment was my spiritual vision. The relationship with God and the discoveries in the relationship with my child were the forces I was refueling myself to exist, and to keep on in an existence that made sense and could fulfill me.
Fast forward a bit and I felt a deep calling to transform the way I had once envisioned to serve this world. I decided to stop my academic career (that I had pursued intensely, with sacrifice and joy, and which had taken me to different places in the world). I realized that happiness is not something you study or read about and you are ready to implement in life - how many times we loose ourselves in the process? What matters is to have a group of people that you can trust and that gives you a hand when you fall or temporarily loose the balance. Life happens and we’re all susceptible to possible curveballs. Who’s on the journey with us?
This calling led me to step into dedicating myself exactly to this: supporting women on their journey - sharing my knowledge, my experience and my personal gifts (active listening, presence, empathy, vision of development). Women just like me: experiencing motherhood, challenging relationships, in international experiences, who lost that fulfilling connection with God along the way. Women who desire this … this … and this …
I searched an extra formal education that could embrace both sides: scientific origins and spiritual openness to an integral human flourishing. That’s when I encountered a formal curriculum where I could study Psychosynthesis - a school of thought that focus not on our fragmented parts, but uses also them in the integration of our personality (mind and spirit), focusing on our integral growth.
I worked on getting better in coaching myself, in working 1:1, in working with groups. I invested money and energy on crafting what was yet to come - a definite formula, path that I could live and propose to others.
I created a program that helps you enable a synthesis of your current life, integrating the women that is emerging after embracing these big life changes, and helping you be in contact with the essence of who you are, the uniqueness of your soul, and to renovate that innate connection to God that used to fulfill yourself without you realizing…
This process guided me to a deep sense of authenticity, making me aware of: * who I am (my identity, spiritual vision, my purpose), * the wounds I have to take care in order to flourish, * and, moreover, encouraging me into the best relationship with God, who became part of my live, moment by moment.
In this process I realized that that’s the way we have to contribute to shift our world to a higher dimension of love, abundance, compassion.
If this life ignites you and you feel the calling to embrace it, I can tell you from my experience - it feels like living on Earth as it is in Heaven.
